Iron Root's foundational program! This is a full body workout that utilizes strength and conditioning in circuit style training. A variety of equipment is used. 60 minutes

Mat Pilates

Done on the mat, it is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core while also training your arms and legs. 60 minutes

Using a platform step, this cardio class is full of fun and simple step patterns and loud music. You'll leave feeling energized and sweaty!
