I’m Chanelle, the founder of IronRoot Property Services.
I created IronRoot because I genuinely enjoy improving spaces, solving problems, working with my hands, and helping people care for the properties that matter to them.
I am someone who is willing to step into a project, assess what needs to be done, build a clear plan, and keep things moving. I value responsibility, communication, organization, attention to detail, and following through on what I say I will do.
I am not afraid of hard work, learning something new, asking the right questions, or bringing in qualified professionals when a project requires specialized knowledge or licensing.
What I enjoy most about this work is seeing the transformation. Sometimes that means restoring an outdoor space, repairing something that has been neglected, improving the function of a home, coordinating a larger project, or simply taking a long list of property needs off a client’s plate.
